Terms and conditions of the program
- Only qualified contacts will be eligible to participate in the program.
- The contact will be eligible provided they are not already a SmartPBX customer and only if they have the power within their company to sign up for the service and given they are interested in our products.
Our commissions table is as follows:
$ 30 per plan after 60 days of service.
$ 50 per trunk after 60 days of service.
SmartPBX will pay a referral fee 60 days after the customer signs up, provided their payments are current. No commissions for further service will be paid for the same customer.
The following clauses must be met in order to receive the referral fee payment: (a) The referred customer must be a SmartPBX customer for 60 days; (b) they must fill out the registration form and accept the terms of service and (c) the payment information form must also be filled out. Both forms will be sent by email through our secure system.
SmartPBX has the authority to adjust, modify, change or suspend any of the described terms without notice. SmartPBX reserves the right to determine and modify the criteria, eligibility, quantity and / or frequency of payments and whether such payments will be made without notice. SmartPBX reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any referral deemed inappropriate.
